Triad Community Management is owned and operated by Pam Stanley and Barbara Lester. They have been working with communities since 2010. Their business model puts the needs of the community and board members first. Pam is also certified by the Community Associations Institute as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA).
All Communities Welcome
TCM manages Homeowners Associations in Winston Salem, Jamestown, Greensboro, High Point and Kernersville. They range in size from 13 homes to 208 homes, including townhomes and condominiums. All contracts are based on the needs and expectations of each community. Contracts include all the services with no hidden fees. No additional charges for printing, sending letters, collecting late dues, attending meetings, inspecting neighborhoods, storage fees, or office supplies.
